Justin Lynch
Master Stylist, Owner & Balayage Specialist
Justin has been making women beautiful for over 25 years. The talented hair designer, who trained under Vidal Sassoon, began his career in a small multi-cultural salon in Florida and opened his own salon in Palm Beach at the age of 26. His big personality and even bigger heart are what makes this master of balayage a favorite among the Palm Beach smart set. Justin quickly became the go-to stylist for celebs in Palm Beach including Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood, Sharon Stone, Brooke Shields, Stephanie Seymour, Kelly Clarkson, Michelle Visage, Train lead singer Patrick Monohan, Cameron Silver, and many more. His artistic talent has been featured on the runways of designers including Gwen Stefanie’s Lamb runway for fashion week, Oscar de la Renta, Valentino, Chanel, and Badgley Mischka. His work has been featured in the pages of Harper’s Bazaar, Instyle, Town & Country and many others. After 28 years as a salon owner, his growth in the beauty industry has moved him into a new chapter of his career. These days you will find Justin traveling as an educator for his favorite brands, and mentoring new stylists at MeTime’s WPB location.

Greg Reis
Originally from the cosmopolitan city of Toronto, Canada, Greg transplanted to Palm Beach County and started his work in the beauty industry via NYC salon, Salon AKS. Greg then followed his creative skills training with Bumble & bumble Salon in NY as an educator, and later with Phyto and L’oreal Professionnel as an educator, as well. For 15+ years Greg co-owned Justin & Greg’s Beauty with locations in West Palm Beach, and Tequesta, FL. These days Greg spends his time making clients beautiful at MeTime salons in West Palm Beach and Jupiter. He continually pursues his education as a stylist and contributes his time to fashion shows, his celebrity clients, and charitable endeavors in South Florida. Most recently, Greg received his certification in Dreamcatcher Hair Extensions.

Melissa Rossok
Master Stylist & Head Educator
Melissa’s passion for the hair industry is evident in her extensive list of achievements. In her more than two decades of experience, Melissa has acquired the status of American Board Certified Haircolorist, and has been published internationally, with her work being seen in many industry and consumer magazines. As an international hair color educator, she has traveled the globe to learn and teach, and was selected by her peers as one of the top educators in Beauty Launchpad Magazine. She is a featured colorist for highlighting and color techniques on Product Club’s educational video series, and her work and life-changing makeover magic has been featured on ABC, NBC in conduction with the American Heart Institute, and FOX TV’s “Starting Over.” She is also a NYC Fashion Week Veteran working backstage with designers like Diane Von Furstenberg, Thuy, Vogue’s Fashion’s Night out and others. Melissa specializes in blonde hair using foil highlighting, balayage and corrective and gray color techniques.

Heather Lewis
Advanced Stylist
Originally from the Midwest, Heather discovered a deep passion for the art of hairstyling, as well as a strong appreciation for fashion and beauty from an early age. With over 18 years of professional experience in the beauty industry, Her commitment to continued education and staying current with trends ensures that each client receives a personalized and modern experience, including her most recent certification as a Bellami extension artist.

Beyond her work behind the chair, Heather finds joy in a variety of creative pursuits. She enjoys cooking, engaging in hands-on crafting projects, and spending quality time outdoors—especially on the water—with her two sons. Her dedication to both her profession and her family reflects her well-rounded approach to life, blending artistry, warmth, and professionalism in everything she does.

Kristyn Henningsen
Stylist & Extension Specialist

Meet Kristyn Murray — a South Florida native and proud graduate of Boca Beauty Academy, class of 2017. With over 15 years of experience shadowing top stylists throughout South Florida, Kristyn has honed her craft and built a reputation for excellence in hair artistry.
She specializes in blondes and extensions but enjoys working with all types of cuts and colors to help each client achieve their perfect look. Hair has always been her passion, and turning that passion into a fulfilling career is something she remains deeply grateful for every day.

Kristyn is known for her love of full transformations, always pushing her creative boundaries to deliver stunning results. She’s especially passionate about using extensions to add volume and length, elevating each client’s style. She is Bellami certified and also holds certifications in Keratin Complex, Brazilian Blowout, and Liscio treatments.

When she’s not in the salon, Kristyn loves spending time with her French Bulldog, Oliver. She looks forward to helping every client fall in love with their hair.

Veronica Bonilla
Stylist
With a sharp eye for detail and a deep passion for hair, Veronica brings creativity, precision, and a client-first approach to every service she provides. Whether it’s a transformative cut, a flawless color, or a complete style refresh, Veronica is dedicated to helping each guest look and feel their absolute best.
Her love for all aspects of hair—cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments—shines through in her work. She believes that great hair is not just about trends, but about enhancing individual beauty with techniques tailored to each client’s lifestyle and features.
Veronica is also a certified Great Lengths hair extension specialist, offering premium extension services that add volume, length, and confidence. With expert training and a commitment to high-quality results, she ensures seamless blends and natural-looking finishes every time.
Outside the salon, Veronica enjoys spending her free time outdoors—especially near the water. She loves beach activities, snorkeling, and kayaking, finding inspiration and relaxation in nature whenever she can.

Alli Lipesky
Stylist
Alliana is starting her journey to becoming a hair stylist, while recently graduating from cosmetology school. She is eager to help others look and feel their best and excited to bring her creativity and skills to the salon, where she hopes to make a positive impact on her clients’ lives while continuing to learn and grow in the ever-evolving world of beauty.

Kelly Nazari
Owner & Extension Specialist
Kelly is the owner of MeTime Salon and Justin & Company and a proud mother of 4 girls, born and raised on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. She loves every aspect of running the business and all things hair/beauty. Kelly is certified in all extension methods including sewn-in wefts, k-tips, i-tips, tape in, Combline & V-Light. She also specializes in blonding including lived in blonde looks. In her free time Kelly enjoys spending time with her kids/husband, traveling, self-care, skiing, golfing and the beach.

Tracey Avril
Front Desk Manager
Tracey was born and raised in South Florida and has had a passion for makeup and all things beauty since she was a little girl. Her strong background in Sales and Management, specifically in makeup retail, are huge assets in her position as the front desk specialist in the busy WPB salon. Not only is Tracey responsible behind the scenes for running the salon and retail smoothly, but she’s also the smiling face that greets the West Palm Beach clients and she takes pride in running a friendly, customer-centered downtown salon. She is also an aspiring makeup artist and has plans to pursue her cosmetology license in the near future.
